In addition to the main Alumni.Harvard website, certain other websites are also accessible to Harvard alumni.

HarvardKey

A few sites accept alumni login IDs and passwords through HarvardKey.  When logging in look at the "Login Type" header.  The site will only accept your HarvardKey login ID and password if HarvardKey is displayed.

If the site that you are trying to access does not list gives an "access denied" message when you attempt to login, you will need to contact the department which is responsible for the site's content in order to inquire about access.  Please see below for information on access to some frequently requested sites.

HAA Class Report Websites

Harvard and Radcliffe College alumni can submit class reports online through Reunion Technologies during reunion years.  Access is available to members of the class using HarvardKey login IDs and passwords.  Please see the Class Report Website for a link to your class's website.

Harvard Club Websites

Many Harvard Clubs offer online registration, which is accessible using a HarvardKey login ID and password.  Please see the Harvard Clubs and SIGs page for a link to your club.

Harvard College Class Websites

Many Harvard College classes have their own website, some of which require a HarvardKey login ID and password to access. Please see the College classes page for a link to your class's website.

HKS Alumni Website

The HKS alumni website offers a variety of services to alumni of the Kennedy School of Government.  HKS alumni can access JACK (Jobs and Careers for the Kennedy School) using a HarvardKey login ID and password. When you register for Alumni.Harvard, it may take 24-48 hours for your login to be transferred to the JACK login system; as a result, you may receive an error message if you try to login to JACK immediately after registering.

HBS Alumni Website

The HBS alumni website offers a variety of services to alumni of the Harvard Business School.  HBS alumni can access the site using an HBS LEFA and password.  Please note that these are not the same as an Alumni.Harvard user ID and password.  If you need help logging in to the HBS alumni website, please contact the HBS Alumni Records Office at 617-495-6438 or alumni_records@hbs.edu.

Online Grade Reports and Transcript Requests

Online grade reports are only accessible for current students, not alumni.  Transcripts can be requested through the Registrar's Office of your school.  Depending on the school, it may be possible to request a transcript online, or you may need to contact the Registrar's Office directly.  Registrar's Office websites do not accept Alumni.Harvard user IDs or passwords for password-protected areas.

Please see our links and contacts page for information on how to contact the Registrars' Offices.

Harvard Library Websites

The Alumni Access to E-Resources pilot program is available through the Harvard Library Alumni site. Resources include full-text articles from over 7,000 journals and 600 e-books. Alumni may access the licensed electronic resources listed on the webpage by using the HarvardKey login and password. In order to suggest a resource, please visit the Ask a Librarian contact page.

In order to access Harvard Library materials, alumni will need to arrange for access through the libraries.  Some online materials may be restricted to current students, faculty and staff members.

Please see our links and contacts page for contact details.

Course Websites

Course websites are generally restricted to students currently enrolled in the course, and are not open to alumni.
