Alumni and friends from Southern California gathered on January 24, 2018, in Dana Point for dinner and a discussion on family, finance, and philanthropy.

After guests enjoyed cocktails and conversation, host Michael W. Gibbons AB ’78, ALI ’15, P’14, ’12 welcomed everyone to dinner and talked about his Harvard experience. Anne McClintock, executive director of Harvard University Planned Giving, shared a presentation on charitable planning ideas, which was followed by a discussion on family and wealth led by Alasdair Halliday AB ’82, philanthropic advisor and director of principal gifts. Host Mark S. Campisano AB ’75, P’08 capped the evening with heartfelt remarks on the impact of his time at the College.
