HAA Strategic Framework
The HAA Strategic Framework 2026 – 2031 is the culmination of a year-long effort to listen to alumni across all levels of engagement—from highly engaged volunteer leaders to those not yet engaged—and to use those insights to shape the HAA’s strategic priorities going forward.
Recognizing the complexity of serving an expanding, diverse, and globally dispersed alumni community, the HAA Strategic Framework 2026 – 2031 provides a roadmap for the future, equipping the HAA to navigate change, make informed decisions, respond effectively to alumni needs, and fulfill its role as a connector, convener, and champion for Harvard alumni.
