Alumni and friends gathered on May 9, 2018, in Washington, D.C. for dinner and discussion on family, finance, and philanthropy.
After a spirited cocktail reception, guests were welcomed to dinner with inspiring remarks by host Elaine Kotell Binder AB ’60, followed by lively conversation among all. Anne McClintock, executive director of Harvard University Planned Giving, began the program with a presentation on charitable planning ideas, and Alasdair Halliday AB ’82, philanthropic advisor and director of principal gifts, followed by leading a discussion on family and wealth. Host Priscilla Wu Cheng AB ’93 made thought-provoking remarks to close the evening.
