As a career coach working at the intersection of values, work, and emotion, I’m interested in connecting with people across industries and functions to better understand how they’ve navigated their careers, particularly moments when “work stopped working.” I’m curious about how they recognized misalignment, what shifts they made, and how they ultimately moved toward roles and paths that feel more purposeful and aligned with what they care about.
