PhD in Celtic Languages and Literatures

I am a PhD-trained (Duke '22) neuroscientist who recently returned to the Valley. Looking to connect with alumni in the Phoenix area interested in biomedical innovation and higher education transformation.

I grew up and lived in the Northeast (CT, RI, MA) until relocating with my family to the Phoenix area in 2024. I worked for a decade in business consulting and data analytics, and after managing teams for several years, wanted to further explore the academic side of management by working as a research associate with an Organizational Behavior professor at Harvard Business School. While there, I also completed a Master's at the Extension School in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Looking forward to meeting everyone!

I am a published Scifi and horror writer, an adjunct professor of writing and communications, and have live in Phoenix for years. I am excited to meet the community.

I returned to Arizona in 2020 to organize Native and rural voters. I work predominantly in northeast Arizona, and split my time between Kayenta and Phoenix. I love to travel with the Mr., especially when we can get abroad and discovering new food spots. Catching an ASU women’s game and Mercury are also high on the list. I love, Native fashion and art, supporting those events.

I have lived in several parts of the Phoenix area and now call Chandler home. As a Data Science Manager at Bank of America, I lead the development of automation solutions that strengthen the bank’s response to consent orders and support its strategy for adopting regulatory changes. Beyond my professional work, I’m passionate about applying data science to solve complex problems across industries. I’m currently collaborating on projects with NASA, with plans to showcase this work at the AI for Good Global Summit in Geneva, Switzerland, in 2026.

I am currently an MD-PhD student at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona. I am completing my graduate degree immunology before transitioning back to the final years of med school.

I grew up in Gilbert Arizona and just graduated this past May from the college. I am currently working at a youth homeless shelter in North Phoenix through Native American Connections and spent most of my time at Harvard involved with the Phillips Brooks House Association in our shelters, youth programs, and summer camps and as the organizations President.
