Harvard Graduate School of Education
Originally from the United States, I am a licensed secondary school teacher in English (5-12) and History/Social Sciences (5-12), grounded in a strong foundation of educational theory and practice. I recently graduated from the Harvard Graduate School of Education with a Master of Education in Teaching and Teacher Leadership. Now based in Canberra, I am eager to continue my commitment to education by seeking opportunities to teach Humanities at the secondary school level. Looking ahead, I aspire to pursue a PhD in teacher education and explore roles in administration and policy to further expand my impact in the education field. I look forward to connecting with fellow alumni and building a supportive community here in Australia!

Executive General Manager NZ Asia PacificGHD Limited
As the Executive General Manager for GHD in the NZ Asia Pacific region, I am responsible for the strategic and transformational growth and performance of my region. My career highlights include successfully managing high-profile, complex projects across aviation, infrastructure, defence, and major project delivery. My method focuses on conducting strategic evaluations and offering recommendations that meet project goals and deliver economic advantages. I have participated in various boards and committees across a range of sectors such as education, arts, social impact, and business and in was appointed Executive Director of the GHD Board for Global Business in November 2021. I am dedicated to understanding the regions where I work by engaging deeply with local cultures. After relocating to Aotearoa New Zealand from South Australia in early 2020 until January 2023, I invested time in learning the local language and Māori tikanga (customs). This cultural involvement underscores my belief that embracing different cultures enhances relationships with people, clients, and communities. In my personal life, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, exploring the outdoors, discovering new cultures, participating in community activities, and continuous learning. I cherish experiences that expand my perspective and enrich both my professional and personal growth. By attending this event, I hope to grow my network within the local Harvard Alumni community and build on the connections I've already made.
