With a strong foundation in real estate investment strategy, I specialize in advising family offices, SOCIMIs, REITs and funds on how to identify, structure, and grow real estate portfolios across diverse markets. Over the years, I’ve held executive roles—including CEO, General Manager, and Head of Business Development—leading organizations through complex transactions, value-add strategies, and innovation-driven growth.
I’ve founded multiple high-tech ventures in areas like augmented reality and the metaverse, bringing a future-focused lens to how real estate is acquired, developed, and experienced. This blend of traditional investment insight and tech fluency allows me to help clients stay ahead of the curve in an evolving market.
My academic background includes an MBA from Manhattan College and advanced programs in real estate and leadership from Harvard University GSD and IESE.
If you're a family office or investor looking for strategic guidance in real estate, let’s connect.

Managing DirectorTERRE POWER SPAIN SLU
As a Managing Director of TERRE POWER S.L.U & Business Unit Leader of NNP Parts I enrolled in a new journey in a new industry for me under a very exciting & dynamic private equity environment a couple of years ago enabling me to come back to Barcelona after 18 years in Germany.
Previously, I spent 25 years in the traditional automotive industry in different positions, last serving as the CEO and Chairman of the Management Board at PMG - Powder Metal Goldschmidt, where I was responsible for developing and driving the implementation of our new Strategic Vision to overcome the E-Mobility thread at one of the global leaders in powder metallurgy. It was a holistic transformation of the whole company, from its Vision and Strategy to its Organization, Skills and Culture.
With over 25 years of world-wide experience in the automotive, I started in the 3 disciplines of Engineering, moved into Program Management, Sales and since more than 10 years in General Management (starting back in 2014 as the Executive Vice President of the Business Unit Engine and the Managing Director of Hilite Germany GmbH, where I led the development and implementation of cutting-edge products and technologies for the engine market under a Private Equity environment). I have worked in Spain (5 years), France (2 years) and Germany (18 years).
Educationally, I am a mechanical engineer with a Ph.D. in hydraulics, speak fluently 5 languages (English, German, Spanish, Catalan and French) and I have completed 2 executive programs at the HBS (Harvard Business School), PLD19 in 2015 and AMP 200 in 2021. Both programs contributed a lot in my personal development (especially the AMP200, which has enhanced my leadership, decision-making, and communication skills).
I am a very passionate and at the same time very structured and hands-on leader who seeks for continuing advancing by creating value for all stakeholders (customers, employees, partners, and stakeholders). I am also committed to supporting the social and environmental causes (ESG).
