This Is a Past Event

If physical activity slows aging and promotes health, why do so many people find it so hard to exercise?  And what kinds of physical activity did we evolve to do?  Join Dr. Daniel Lieberman AB ’86, PhD ’93, the Edwin M. Lerner II Professor of Biological Sciences and Professor and Chair in the Department of Human Evolutionary Biology, as he discusses the paradox of exercise. This program is in partnership with Harvard Moves: 5k Your Way -- happening November 3-6 – and will be moderated by Bob Manson MPA ’04.
