I am a quadri-professional practitioner: Clinical doctor and testifying forensic expert in the field of illness and accident traumatology (26 years) , Instructor and Adjunct Assistant Professor in rehabilitation medicine (21 years), Texas licensed attorney (49 years) , and federally registered clinical chaplain-theologian and ethicist (26 years). I entered the Harvardian "orbit" at the late age of 69, through its Teaching in Medicine program. Although not a degreed alumna, I have been active with the Alums ever since, and I now teach as a graduate seminar instructor at the Extension School, through its graduate program in Biomedical Science, and I return to Boston annually. I would welcome the chance to interact with others, especially in areas concerning the need to observe needs arising out of the intersection of mental and physical illness in our society, a subject which continues to be under-taught and under-served. As one trained through 6 clinical residencies and 2 physician-led fellowships (in addition to pos doctoral certificate training at Harvard) I have served on multiple medical faculties, have co-authored 8 published books and texts, have authored and taught 110 clinical courses at 142 instructional events, provided to over 20,000 learners, over the course of the past 2 decades. I have a lot of teaching to offer gratis, but am short on avenues through which to provide it to others . So I would love to collaborate with others. I am tremendously grateful for the decade of continuing programs of education which I have received from Harvard, and I am always in search of ways in which to network with others, that would foster opportunities for me to donate my time to non-stipendiary educational efforts provide education in the public interest.
