Lavanya Thomas is the co-founder of a health education startup focused on empowering the next generation to make healthy food choices. Health Rizz is a dynamic health and nutrition program designed to help middle schoolers develop healthy eating habits through gamification and fun challenges. Our curriculum empowers students to make better food choices, fostering long-term health and well-being. We work with parents and educators to create an engaging, school-based experience that encourages healthy lifestyles, all while making learning about nutrition exciting and interactive. I am currently working on a startup Reimagine Health, LLC, which aims to revolutionize healthcare by developing AI-powered technologies that address health disparities and critical patient safety issues, as identified by the Joint Commission and validated by bodies of academic research. Our patented solutions will uniquely improve healthcare delivery by providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services, ultimately reducing medical malpractice risks and minimizing economic losses associated with the limitations of our current healthcare system.
