I'm building an AI-native startup and writing a weekly newsletter about what I'm actually learning, including the workflows, tools, and mental models that make AI practical for knowledge workers. I also work with executives and SMBs on AI adoption. If you're trying to figure out where to start, or just want to compare notes, let's chat.

I am no longer in the education field, but I still love to connect on all things EdTech, particularly Operations and Sales within that industry. I am in Sales in the Construction industry now with Stanley Doors, so I also enjoy that realm. Personally, I read a lot of Fiction novels, organize multiple local social clubs in my area, and love to vacation internationally or at Disney parks. I love meeting new people, but it can be hard to strike up conversations in these settings. I still attend every year though!

I would like to meet people with similar interests. Although I'm retired, I teach part-time, but not in my area of specialization. I now teach English, both ESL and undergraduate composition courses. My primary field, however, is international affairs, primarily Russia and Eastern Europe. I have a Ph.D. in Slavic Languages and Literatures (from Yale) and taught courses in language, literature, and history for 25 years. I've also worked in cultural and educational exchange for a number of years. I'm interested in foreign policy and international cultural exchange, particularly theater.
