Thomas Jacob is Managing Director of K2 Group, a privately held hospitality and real estate investment platform operating across Canada and the United States. Thomas leads the firm's investment strategy, capital deployment, and portfolio operations, overseeing a portfolio of hotels, food service, petroleum, and seniors housing assets. K2's investment focus is acquiring and repositioning select-service hotels into branded, institutionally managed assets under flags including Marriott, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham. Through Contrabande Ventures, Thomas maintains investments in Braxia Health, a healthcare platform, and Sunly Energy, a solar energy developer. He currently serves on the board of the Ontario Restaurant Hotel & Motel Association. Thomas is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, a QuantumShift Fellow of Ivey Business School, and a member of YPO.

In 2025, I graduted from Harvard College with a degree in Economics. I dedicated the past year to reconnecting with and giving back to my community in Toronto through volunteer work. Jenkins Alumona (OPM 43, 2013) is a communications and business executive based in Oakville, Ontario. He is CEO of Strategic Outcomes Group, an integrated marketing communications group, and has extensive leadership experience spanning journalism, corporate communications, brand strategy and sports marketing. A former editor of TheNEWS magazine, Jenkins has held senior marketing and communications roles with leading telecommunications companies. He holds a master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Lagos and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program.

I wear many hats! I am an entrepreneur, investor, sports enthusiast, wife, mother and a lifelong learner. I am presently an ALM candidate in Finance at Harvard Extension School, expecting to graduate in 2027. Additionally, I sit on the board of directors for a non-profit company in the mining industry as well as for a private mining exploration company, both in Canada.

Hello all, my name is Shilpa Antony. I live in downtown Toronto and work in Global Intraday Liquidity Management at RBC Capital Markets, having previously traded before moving into liquidity risk. I graduated from Harvard College in 2022 with a concentration in sociology and secondary in educational studies (go Lowell!); and recently received my Ed.M. from HGSE in human development and education this past May 2026. I have four years of work experience in higher education administration and am currently preparing for my Fulbright year in Cambodia, where I will be teaching English at the middle and high school-level for 10 months. I hope to move to the Toronto, Canada area after my Fulbright year ends (August-September 2027), so I’m looking forward to starting new connections now! My focus areas include trauma-informed education, mental health and wellness, gender equity, international development, social change, and humanitarian innovation. My goal is to become a Buddhist chaplain and work in higher education spiritual support settings.

A Program Manager for the CSA Nuclear Standards Program and a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, development, and execution. My expertise spans multiple sectors, including construction and infrastructure, environment and climate change, and nuclear power generation. I am an innovative leader with proven skills in business development, strategic initiatives, and program management. This is evidenced by my successful management of the nuclear standards program, overseeing a portfolio of over 21 projects annually, valued at over $3M, through direct reports of nine project managers. This role has provided me with an in-depth understanding of the nuclear regulatory framework, as 90% of CSA nuclear standards are referenced in Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) regulations and/or license condition handbooks. I have a strong track record of nurturing strategic relationships with influential industry leaders. This is demonstrated by various business development initiatives, including the expansion of the standards portfolio to encompass emerging technologies such as Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) in the Canadian nuclear industry, Sustainable Finance within the Canadian financial industry, and the Climate Resilience framework within the commercial real estate sector. To further enhance my skills and expertise in business management and corporate sustainability, I have recently achieved a Master’s degree in Corporate Sustainability from Harvard University February 2026.

My work revolves around global health and health diplomacy, much of it through the Canada International Scientific Exchange Program (CISEPO), the Canadian Red Cross (Global Health Unit), and the WHO. I’m a « Jack of all trades » health system strengthening enthusiast. I love exploring AI innovations, bridging research to policy, evaluating intervention impacts with a person centred lens, and ideating new health systems approaches.

I'm a cardiologist at Kawartha Cardiology Clinic and Peterborough Regional Health Centre. I'm an avid sailor at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club for Tuesday night racing and on weekends, and I am also working on completing all six of the world major marathons.

I start startup programs and I'll be in Toronto for my Fulbright!
