I graduated from Harvard in 2018 and went on to do my MSc in clinical psychology at Reykjavík University. I'm a psychologist and the founder of Dear Therapist, a remote practice working mostly with clients in Iceland and across Europe. My clinical focus is adult ADHD and autism assessment, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR, and I've trained internationally in metabolic psychiatry, which looks at how nutrition, sleep, and exercise shape mental health. I also write about psychology for Icelandic media. My family and I moved from Reykjavík to Coral Gables this year, so I'm still finding my way around and would love recommendations.

Christine Handy is an international print and runway Model. Christine is the author of the book Walk Beside Me, a fictional depiction of Christine’s life. Christine became a Key-Note Speaker after her book was published in 2016. Christine is a mentor, a breast cancer advocate, a public figure, a Social Media Influencer, a Nationally recognized Humanitarian and a Mother of two sons. Christine serves on the board of three non-profit organizations: People of Purpose, the Break Free Foundation and the Wonder Women Initiative. Christine’s first novel was adapted into a film called Hello Beautiful set to release September 25, 2026 in theaters Nationwide.
