I currently work as a teacher for gifted students and have worked in educational projects to help students with special needs to have engaging experiences in art museums in Mexico City. I have two Bachelor, one in Psychology and the other one in Philosophy. Moreover, I have two masters, one in Museum Studies from Harvard University and a second one in Education from el Tecnológico de Monterrey.

I work in human centered strategy, culture and organizational alignment. I ran my own boutique consulting firm in Dubai for 15 years and moved to Houston 6 years ago. I work as a Director in People-centered change at a consulting firm and also do a lot of volunteering to support leadership training for disenfranchised youth.

Hello! I'm an ER veterinarian living in Clear Lake. I graduated with my ALM in May and am looking forward to meeting others in the Houston area. I love travel and sailing, and I'm also a fused glass artist.

Looking to pivot back into healthcare (with a preference on innovation.) Hoping to build longer term contacts in the Texas Medical Center area or PE-funded healthcare startups in behavioral tech, medtech or biotech.

With over a decade of experience transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in educational outcomes. My background spans international education policy work, municipal government data systems, and academic research, all focused on using evidence-based approaches to support student success. Most recently a Harvard Graduate School of Education graduate, I worked with Boston's Department of Innovation and Technology building predictive analytics frameworks and cross-departmental data systems. Recently joined KIPP Texas Public Schools , I will be supporting work streams including On-prem to Cloud and Tableau to Power BI Migration. I love exploring Houston's diverse food scene and trying to recreate his favorite dishes at home, with varying degrees of success. Always open to restaurant recommendations as he discovers what the city has to offer.

I am Dafne Almazán Anaya, a Mexican psychologist who became the youngest person in the world to finish a college degree at the age of 13. My academic journey has been both unique and deeply meaningful: I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Mathematics at Harvard, and later a PhD in Education. Each step has fueled my passion for learning and for creating spaces where intelligence and talent can flourish. From a young age, I was identified as gifted, and with the constant support of my family I learned that knowledge is not only a personal achievement, but also a responsibility to help others. That belief inspired me to co-found CEDAT USA, an institution dedicated to identifying and nurturing the talents of gifted children and youth. What drives me today is not only the pursuit of knowledge but the chance to inspire others to embrace their own potential. At this event, I want to connect with fellow Harvard alumni who share a vision of using education and innovation to create meaningful change. Together, I believe we can exchange ideas, build collaborations, and open new doors for the next generation of thinkers and leaders.
