Please join the Harvard Alumni Association for a conversation with Harvard University President Lawrence S. Bacow JD ’76, MPP ’76, PhD ’78 and Tomiko Brown-Nagin, dean of the Harvard Radcliffe Institute, Daniel P.S. Paul Professor of Constitutional Law, professor of history, and chair of the Presidential Initiative on Harvard and the Legacy of Slavery. They will discuss the report and recommendations on Harvard and the Legacy of Slavery, and the role our university community can play as we come together to recognize and examine our history and its lasting injustices and inequities, and how we can redress—through service, research, and teaching—our legacies with slavery. Dr. Sherri Ann Charleston, chief diversity and inclusion officer at Harvard, will moderate the discussion.
