Welcome to your reunion year! We are looking forward to celebrating with you and your classmates. Below, you will find information about on-campus accommodations for your reunion weekend as well as a list of hotel blocks by class.
You are welcome to make hotel accommodations at the hotels listed below, or others. Please refer to each hotel's individual website for terms and cancellation policies.
For those in the 5th-50th Reunions who would like to stay on-campus, housing registration will open later this winter.
We want to make you aware of an important change to this year’s on-campus housing. Our campus remains a vibrant, supportive home for many students throughout the entire year and not just during the academic semesters. Increasing numbers of students are choosing to stay on campus over the summer, pursuing exciting research, fellowships, and service opportunities. Ongoing, essential maintenance and upgrades to dorms and houses further limit available campus housing for Reunion. As a result, we will have to put a cap on the number of alumni who will be able to stay in Houses and dorms during Reunions. Please visit our FAQ page for more details.
Pricing for on-campus housing will be as follows: $180 per adult per night; $100 flat fee for each child regardless of the number of nights stayed.
While staying on campus offers the opportunity to relive your College days and enjoy a convenient location, please note the following:
- You will be invited to register for campus housing separately from your reunion registration. The deadline to register for campus housing is April 16 at 11:59 p.m. (ET).
- Alumni/ae and guests will receive their housing assignments and access keys at Reunion Headquarters. We will not be able to share assignments prior to your arrival on campus.
- On-campus housing is simple and will not come with the same amenities as a hotel room would. Your room will be equipped with beds, fresh linens, and fresh towels.
- On-campus accommodations often have shared bathrooms and no air conditioning.
In determining housing assignments, our priority is making sure our assignments match the accessibility, health (refrigeration for breast milk, insulin, etc.), and religious (nonelectronic access on the sabbath, etc.) needs of Reunion attendees. Our goal is to cluster Reunion classes together, but we cannot guarantee all will be in the same house or dorm. Specific housing location preferences or roommate requests cannot be accommodated.
