Harvard College Parents Fund

The Parents Fund is an annual fundraising effort that seeks unrestricted gifts from current and former Harvard parents and grandparents. The generosity of parents and grandparents provides the dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences with critical funds to support existing and emerging programs that enhance and define the undergraduate experience. Money that is raised by the Parents Fund supports virtually every aspect of the academic and extracurricular experiences enjoyed by every undergraduate student. Parent and grandparent support articulates a discernible message that families believe in the value of a Harvard education.

The Parents Fund is led by National Co-Chairs, Jaar-mel and Peter Sloane, P’12, ’09 and Lori and Ted Samuels ’77, MBA ’81, P’13 and supported by an enthusiastic Committee of over 75 parent volunteers. All current and former Harvard parents and grandparents are welcome to get involved with the Parents Fund activities and effort.
