Disabilities and Certain Medical Conditions
To ensure your comfort while at Reunion, the HAA has made every effort to accommodate those with disabilities. Accessible parking for reunion guests is available at your class's parking structure on a first-come, first-served basis. Please utilize the designated accessible spaces and display your state-issued disabled parking placard. On Commencement Day, University Disability Services provides wheelchair assistance from the gate to the guest's seat in Tercentenary Theatre. If a wheelchair is needed during Reunion and you are unable to bring your own, the HAA can provide you with a list of recommended vendors. Additional accessibility-related information can be found at accessibility.harvard.edu. If you have further questions, please call the College Alumni Programs office at 617-496-7001.

Medical Services
Medical services are available at Harvard University Health Services (HUHS) on a fee-for-service basis. Your reunion name badge is your identification for admission to the clinic, which is located in the Smith Campus Center (formerly Holyoke Center), 75 Mount Auburn Street, and can be reached at 617-495-5711. The clinic is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. each day throughout reunion week. If you are experiencing a life-threatening concern, call 911 (9-911 from a campus phone) or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. For more information about HUHS, visit huhs.harvard.edu.

Transportation
Free parking is available throughout Reunion at your class's parking structure. For more information on parking, visit your class website. For reunion attendees staying in the Harvard-recommended hotels, bus transportation will be available from the host hotel to campus, as noted on your reunion schedule posted on your class website.

Exercise and Athletics
Certain Harvard athletic facilities are available to alumni during Reunion. Please present your name badge for access. All athletic facilities and hours are listed at gocrimson.com. Additionally, the paths around the Charles River provide an excellent venue for a morning walk or jog.

Attendee Directory
An attendee directory including classmate cell phone numbers received with registration will be included in your check-in packet distributed at headquarters. This will be useful to family or classmates attempting to reach you during Reunion.

AA Meetings
Meetings for classmates, guests, and friends will be held Wednesday–Sunday, 7:00–8:00 a.m., in Science Center Classroom 112. In addition, there are many AA meetings in Cambridge, and meeting list books will be available at this meeting location and at reunion headquarters.
